Tina has been a resident care aide at Villa Marie for three years. She loves working with seniors because she is able to be herself without judgment. To make the residents happy, Tina wears costumes that spark familiar childhood memories, styles residents' hair, and bakes cookies in the memory cottages. Through these actions, residents see her as their daughter, sister, or high school friend, making them feel calm and at ease. When Tina comes to work, she comes home.
