A registered dietitian by background, Shelly Hagen currently works as an educator with the Women’s Wellness Program at the Grey Nuns Community Hospital. Part of her role is to facilitate menopause and osteoporosis group education sessions and help patients make well-informed health decisions about menopause and osteoporosis management. She is an NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) and a member of Osteoporosis Canada’s Scientific Advisory Council.
