Pollyanna Kwong began working at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre in 2000. She currently works with nine long-term care units at the facility, including the two that form Ming Ai. She has a degree from the University of Alberta in recreation administration with a major in special populations and community development. One of her career goals is to integrate different populations from the Edmonton General, such as younger people and Chinese residents, into the greater Edmonton community.
