Monica has been working with seniors for 26 years. Her career started in downtown Toronto with the Second Mile Club of Toronto. Her experience covers a diverse client group including people with physical disabilities, people with dementia, and clients from multicultural and LGBTQ communities. Monica's journey started by visiting a long-term care facility and finding seniors lined up against the wall with no hope. This was not a good quality of life, so her mission has been to ensure that all seniors have fun until the very end.
