Kinnson has been a practising pharmacist with Covenant Health since 2009. He has clinical experience at Misericordia Hospital and Villa Caritas in the areas of surgery, internal medicine and geriatric psychiatry. Currently he is in Medication Management, with a focus on the Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) implementation project. Kinnson brings his MedRec experience from clinical practice to the project. At Covenant Health, he enjoys the learning opportunities and strives to be part of a transforming organization that delivers quality health care.
