Dr. Harry Zirk is a Care of the Elderly physician at the Grey Nuns Hospital and works as a community-based family physician in Edmonton. He graduated from the Family Medicine program at the University of Alberta in 1992 and discovered a love of geriatrics while doing his rotation under Dr. Jean Triscott and Dr. Peter McCracken at the General Hospital in Edmonton. As excellent teachers and doctors, they sparked his interest in seniors' care. Dr. Zirk developed the Seniors Health Program at the Grey Nuns Hospital and was the Director of Geriatrics Health Services from 1993 until 2013.
